Please kindly note that:

1. For all customization orders, we will not accept cancellations or refunds once production has begun.

2. If the customer needs to change the image after the 3D modeling has been confirmed, there is a $200 re-modeling fee.

3. We will send the doll’s factory picture to the customer for confirmation before we ship the order. If the customer never replies to the confirmation email, after 3 times confirmation, we will default the customer to confirm the doll's factory picture and arrange the shipment.

4. It takes 2-4 weeks from a photo to a confirmed 3D model on average.

BestRealDoll supports 100% image customization. Please note that any images you submit must be authorized by the subject depicted. Customers will be solely responsible for any legal liabilities arising from unauthorized image customization. Thank you for your understanding.
