This is a review for the Wrenlee ROS Head without added auto functions. It is not a locally available head and requires lead time to manufacture in China. The attention to detail in this silicone head is amazing. It is the same beautiful piece of art that my Aeris silicone head is, only it is soft and the jaw opens with a soft tongue and mouth. The ROS experience is great and does feel like you’re with a redheaded young freaky girl. The implanted hair is gorgeous and does not come out as easily as the hair on the hard silicone heads, though it does still come out during brushing and during sex. Her facial expression from the front is not ideal and she looks permanently spooked, but that is apparent in the pictures and should not be a surprise. Her side view is more flattering. She does have a reddish light tan that may match up better with SY dolls. This head is easier to clean than I thought it would be, just tie her hair back and I use a combination of the faucet water, toy mister/cleaner from Adam and Eve, and water with dish detergent. The makeup is resilient and doesn’t come off like the TPE heads. I ordered this head with the functions — however the factory (the SY factory I assume) did not add them unfortunately and BRD quickly gave me a generous partial refund. I am a repeat customer and Max always takes care of me. I do wish the added functions were included because this is a heck of a good deal if the functions are included; in my case I don’t want a duplicate head so I’m kind of unsure what to do about that as this is the only multi combination “head only” offering. For what I ended up paying I am happy with my purchase, Max made it right with me with the factory’s mistake and was prompt with all communication. I’m looking forward to the next purchase. If I had any suggestions if you’re considering purchasing this head (or any factory item) is to follow up with your salesperson multiple times after the purchase to make sure the factory is adding the functions. These socks might be adequate if the doll is constantly stationary or lying on a piece of furniture where she is not on her feet. However, if this were the case, purchasing foot protection would be pointless. My intention was to sporadically pose the doll in standing positions for photos, and I needed some durable footwear to protect her feet. These socks turned out to be useless - they are made of a flimsy thin plastic, and the top straps ripped out after the first hour of posing the doll in a standing position, plus they immediately showed wear on the soles from the bolts in the feet. I had to find alternative footware, because standing the doll on any surface ultimately takes its toll on her feet.
The Articulated Fingers upgrade is a sensible choice to enhance the realism of the doll, raising it to another level. They make a big difference being superior to the regular stock fingers normally used. They are more durable and malleable, looking more realistic than regular stock fingers, but they still need to be treated with care. However, keep in mind that these upgrades are not typically in their in-stock dolls; a new doll will have to be built from scratch in China to include the upgrade, delaying the delivery of the doll by at least a month. When ordering this or any upgrade, it would be advisable to keep in constant contact with customer support for frequent updates. My order involving this upgrade was misplaced and ended up taking 4 months before receiving the doll (see "Oaklynn" review), which is the reason for 3 stars instead of 5.
These hooks are actually worth a 5-star rating; they make it possible to hang the doll anyplace that supports the weight, and an inexpensive clothing rack with wheels is ideal for moving her around the house and store her if necessary. This is much more preferable than carrying her around. However, the hooks are useless if customer support sends the wrong sized eye bolts, which is the reason for the 3-star rating. This is exactly what happened to my order - the eye bolts (pictured - top bolt is the correct size, smaller bottom bolt was the incorrect one I received) were too small to fit into the connecting screws. This mistake is understandable, but the real problem was convincing Vita, in charge of customer support, that these bolts were the wrong size. She insisted that these were the correct bolts and implied I didn't know what I was doing. It took 3 pictures and a short video to convince her she was mistaken when she decided to consult a tech who told her I was right. She finally relented, saying it was BRD's fault and sent the correct-sized bolts. There was no apology, which wasn't surprising having dealt with Vita in the past (see "Oaklynn" review). That said, this is still a good product.
This review, although mostly favorable, comes with a caveat: While the 4-star rating is a salute to the craftsmanship of the artists that created this doll, I honestly have to admit that she doesn't look exactly like the pics on the website; however, the resemblance is close enough not to be an issue. She is attractive, looks elegant and seems to be of good quality, and her features are realistic to the point where she could almost pass as a real woman in her photos, which is exactly what I wanted. However, the actual transaction itself was a nightmare, and needs to be addressed in this review. The doll was ordered and paid for on 11/11/24 during the time period that a woman named Vita was in charge of customer support. The order included an upgrade for articulated fingers, which meant a new doll had to be constructed in their home factory in China to incorporate this feature, and then shipped to the U.S. According to the website, this special order would delay delivery by 25 - 40 days. After placing my order, I waited several weeks, assuming that my doll was being assembled. After awhile of receiving no updates, I contacted Vita, only to find she had misplaced my order and never bothered to contact me. Consequently, work on the doll had never begun, although I had already paid for it in full. Vita tried to get me to accept a pre-made doll without the upgrade from their U.S. factory which would have been delivered in a week in order to shut me up, but I insisted on waiting for the doll I originally ordered. During this period, she became more and more lax in providing updates, and never once offered an apology. Thankfully, the doll finally arrived intact and well-packaged on 3/4/25, almost 4 months after the initial transaction. So much for the 25 - 40 day estimate. BRD gets their money upfront, so it was scary to have spent $900 on a product from a foreign country that I wasn't convinced I'd ever receive. Apparently, customer support is in their comfort zone when ordering a pre-made doll that is in stock, but when making a special custom order that has to be done at the home factory, stay in constant contact with them, stay updated and don't assume like I did that it will be handled with 100% efficiency.

I was really nervous about whether this was a scam but the doll was delivered from the USA to Canada within a week. Some sites claim that the dolls are cheap rip offs from American companies but the Chinese made doll is high quality and is above my expectations. My only suggestion for the company is: I made a electric no mess cleaning system with parts I built inspired by other companies, it would have been nice if this company also sold them. If you are elderly you really need to go for the lighter dolls. > The torso section is very difficult to adjust. The thighs, legs, arms are easier. > I hate the standing bolts and have no use for them. I am going to need to buy footwear for her just to get around the problems and hassle they cause. There may also possibly be a rust problem with them if you ever get them wet, which, good luck if you’re bathing her in a bathtub. > The implanted hair in the silicone head comes out in clumps and gets absolutely everywhere. A wig would be a 1000% better option but is not an option in the current US inventory. > The TPE head that came as an extra is ok. The mouth is a problem and anything that goes in there that is liquid is going to flow down to the base of the neck and then out onto the floor, or worse, into the dolls neck connector. It’s not close ended. I found this out when rinsing the mouth cavity with water. The provided wig was a lot better than the implanted hair on the Aeris head however. I didn’t give a damn if they did or not. I elected to pick it up at a local FedEx ship center. The rep here at BRD told me to use the ship center as the address, which is incorrect. Ship it to your address and then go into the shipment tracking details when it’s shipped and elect to “hold at location”. They will verify your address with your ID at the ship center. Ignore this advice if you’re ok with it coming to your house. > She fits in off the rack clothes. XS in stretchy shorts like the Dolphin shorts in the picture, or a double zero 00 in tops. Probably size 5.5 in footwear though I can’t verify that yet. Random advice — I had no problems sponge bathing her with dish detergent and water. Give her time to dry and then apply cornstarch or talcum powder. I use cornstarch because it’s cheaper and no additives. Do not skip the cornstarch procedure or everything will stick to her after washing. Cleaning is a PITA. Get yourself a box of latex gloves and make sure those cavities are rinsed well before storing her. Coeros sells a decent UV antibacterial rod for around 30 bucks for additional safety. I spray her clothes with perfume and not her skin. I have considered buying high quality female pheromones to put where her privates meet her clothes as an extra realism factor boost. The included heating rod and brush work as intended. Overall impression is that these dolls are really meant for artistic purposes, and somewhere along the line someone figured they could make a lot of money marketing them as sex dolls. It is what it is. I’m good with my purchase and would consider getting more. Hope this helps!
