Well with the bad first the packaging was damaged upon arrival and after fully looking it over only some minor damage on the heels of her feet. Doll was a bit thicker than I expected from the waist down. This part I have mixed feelings about the joints are a bit loose compared to my first doll which isn't bad but stops her from being able to stand on her own. Now the good she is very beautiful and will be a welcome addition to my doll collection while she is thicker than expected not to a unattractive point her hands and arm are easier to pose and the neck joints move much more realistically her brest are amazing both in looks and feel with more detail than my first doll. If you like em thick and can handle the weight she is a great choice still waiting for the rest of my order which should arrive soon Bestrealdoll is great company to do business with love the quality of thier products and thier services has proven to be top notch.

IS IT 100% DISCREET PACKAGING?

YES! The doll will be packed in a tight, sturdy, moisture-proof cardboard box with 100% privacy packaging and there will be no information indicating that it is a doll.

REMOVABLE VAGINA OR FIXED VAGINA?

A fixed vagina (also called built-in) is exactly what the name suggests—it’s permanently integrated into the doll’s body, much like a real woman’s anatomy. A removable vagina, on the other hand, is a separate sleeve or fleshlight-style insert that can be placed inside the doll and taken out after use. The insert stays in position thanks to the doll’s labia, holding it snugly during play.

Many customers lean toward the fixed vagina because it offers the most natural, seamless, and realistic experience. However, the removable vagina shines in terms of practicality—it’s quicker to clean, easier to replace, and allows for simple maintenance.

If authentic realism is your top priority, the fixed option is your best bet. But if you want hassle-free cleaning and the ability to swap or replace the insert, the removable vagina might be the perfect fit for you.

HOW TO EXTEND THE LIFESPAN OF MY SEX DOLL?

Generally, the lifespan of a sex doll ranges from 3 to 10 years, depending on the material, usage, and maintenance.
1. Silicone-based sex dolls have a longer lifespan than TPE-based dolls.
2. Avoid frequently moving the doll or positioning it in complex poses during use, as these actions can cause wear and tear.
3. Learning proper maintenance and care for your sex doll is crucial. We provide free doll repair tools, and you can access more professional guidance on doll maintenance and care to ensure your doll serves you for an extended period.

HOW TO STORE THE DOLL PROPERLY?

1. Each doll comes with a blanket. When storing the doll, you can wrap it directly in the blanket or use our professional doll storage bag. Avoid storing the doll in dark-colored clothing or clothing made of materials that may damage the skin for extended periods, as this may cause staining and skin wear.
2. If the doll is not used for an extended period, avoid storing it in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause the doll's skin and facial features to fade, resulting in uneven skin tone.
3. If you choose to store the doll in a box, opt for a professional doll storage box and avoid piling other items on top of the doll, as this may cause indentations that affect usability.
4. Our recommended storage method is to hang the doll in a wardrobe, with the head stored separately on a head stand.
